I really likhe reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that thr bottle of cleaner is so much smaller than the last time I purchased it. Also, Itg didn't come with the smaller container with a "cradle" and ring canter to hold your jewelry as previously.
I am unable to review this product since whatever shipping service you use has not brought me my package
