Return Policy

Our return policy applies to new/unopened items in their original packaging. The policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery to the date we receive the item. You are responsible for the shipping to us, and will receive a refund in the amount of 85% of the order total.

You should expect a refund within 4 weeks from the date you ship the item to us. This includes the time in transit, 3-5 business days to process the return, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund (5-10 business days).

If you are returning an item that was in some way materially defective, or you received the wrong item and want an exchange please contact us at support@jewelbrite.com or call (360) 900-2175 so we can correct the issue. Exchange or Return.
Returns that are made due to a fault in manufacturing or a mistake in shipping can return for a full refund, no restocking fee.
In some cases we need to receive the item to approve the exchange, in some cases we can just send out the correct or replacement item to you directly so there is no shipping involved on your end.
